In the past few months, I’ve been able to workout more and track my progress with the help of my 3 favorite workout essentials. My workout routine is now consistent and I feel great. I am getting my steps in daily and I definitely have more energy.
Pedometer App for iPhone
The Pedometer app on my iPhone is my go to when I want to know how many steps I have taken each day and the best part is that it’s a free app. It helps me track my daily and weekly step counts. It sinks with the apple watch so that I can view my progress without picking up my phone and I can set my daily step goal and see my results instantly. As you can see below for 6 days straight I exceeded my daily goal of 7500 steps. This was a great week for me.
Pacer App
The Pacer app is another free app to track daily walks, runs and bike rides. It also keeps a record of my steps for up to a year, this is huge for me as it keeps me motivated to increase my goals. In addition it can sync up with Facebook to allow friends and family to track results. My girlfriends and I are able to see each other’s progress and encourage one another through the app. As I mentioned earlier, it’s a free app so it can be limited in performance. However if you want more detailed data it offers some paid upgrades.
Stretch Workout Belt
Keeping up with my ID, keys, phone, and air pods used to be a challenge until I discovered this stretch workout belt. It allows me to keep up with everything without being bulky and weighing me down. My girlfriend gifted it to me and I use it all the time. The adjustable straps keeps it securely in place and it’s dual stretchy pockets allow me to keep up with everything I need. It can easily fit my iPhone, keys and there’s even space for my mini hand sanitizer.
These 3 favorite workout essentials have helped me stay on track and keep up with my personal items. I hope you are able to use and enjoy them yourself. Drop me a note and let me know.
As soon as I found this site I went on reddit to share some of the love with them. Gill Jarret Garth
